RETURN POLICY

‣ We have 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 (SEVEN) days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

A 100% full refund will be delivered to the customer when INTHEZONE won't be able to ship the product due out of stock/miscommunication with the warehouse. The INTHEZONE does not refund customers' exchange currency or other hidden payment fees.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund.

ORDER CANCELATION

‣ For each product page, there is an option:

Suppose a region is in GREY OUT (product unavailable), and the customer places the order wrongly. We cannot deliver the product simply because it is unavailable in that region. In that case, we will cancel the order and do a refund. We will deduct the financial operation expenses of this transaction from the refund. It can range from 5% to 10% per cent of the total product price (Depending on the payment gateway/region ordered).

  • All orders are subject to a 10% fee for cancellations requests
  • We don't refund your order once the ordered products are scheduled to ship and/or once your order has shipped.
  • No returns/refunds after 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use, free from dirt and dust.
  • The customer pays to ship both ways (The actual shipping cost is withheld from the refund).
  • Application of charge of 25% restocking fee (this is withheld from refund).
  • No returns for minor scratches or dirt, except in EXTREME cases of Breakage/Malfunction

To start a return, you can contact us at help@e-inthezone.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
