RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
‣ Under EU rules, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 (FORTEEN) days after receiving your item to request a return. NO RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUND POLICY
When INTHEZONE cannot ship the product due to out-of-stock or miscommunication with the warehouse, the customer will receive a 100% full refund. However, INTHEZONE does not refund customers' exchange currency or other hidden payment fees.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company can process and post the refund.
ORDER CANCELATION
‣ For each product page, there is an option:
- After 24 hours of customers' purchase, ALL ORDERS are subject to a 12.5% fee for cancellation requests after the payment gateway captures the payment.
- We don't refund your order once the products are scheduled to ship and once your order has shipped.
- No returns/refunds after 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use and be free from dirt and dust.
- The customer pays to ship both ways (The actual shipping cost is withheld from the refund).
- Application for a CHARGE OF 25% restocking fee (withheld from refund).
- There are no returns for minor scratches or dirt.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@e-inthezone.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
