Refund Policy

This page explains our return window, refund rules, and cancellation terms. Please read carefully before requesting a return or refund.

EU rule: 14-day return window after delivery. NO RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS

Return policy (EU)

  • You have 14 (FOURTEEN) days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • Items must be in the same condition you received them.
  • Must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund policy

  • 100% full refund if we can’t ship due to out-of-stock or warehouse miscommunication.
  • 100% full refund if your parcel arrives damaged.
  • No refunds for currency exchange differences or hidden payment processing fees.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method (bank processing time may vary).

Returns for personal reasons

  • You may return an item for personal reasons (e.g., you didn’t like it).
  • You pay return shipping costs (varies by model/brand).
  • An operations fee of 12.5% of the total purchase price applies.

Order cancellation

  • After 24 hours from purchase, cancellation requests are subject to a 12.5% fee once payment is captured.
  • This fee helps cover finance operations via Humm, payment gateway fees (PayPal if applicable), and Shopify fees.
  • No refunds once products are scheduled to ship or after your order has shipped.

Return rules

  • No returns/refunds after 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use and be free of dirt and dust.
  • The customer pays shipping both ways (actual shipping cost withheld from refund).
  • No returns for minor scratches or dirt.

Start a return

  • If accepted, we’ll send a return label and instructions.
  • Items returned without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • Inspect your order upon reception.
  • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Return the item you have.
  • After acceptance, place a separate order for the new item.
