Six 5 mm thick foldable steel bars, connected by special rivets, folding like a folding rule - that's how it looks, the folding lock BORDO 6000K. The idea is not new, the locks of the Bordo family from ABUS are now real classics, but their functionality is still unsurpassed. This is a variant that can be opened by a key. This also suggests the K for "Key" in the product name. Made of specially hardened steel, the bars and housing offer high resistance. At the same time, the high-quality ABUS XPlus cylinder ensures particularly high protection, e.g. against picking. A soft and at the same time resistant protection against scratches on the wheel is given by the sheathing. It also makes the lock easy to grip. The quality "Made in Germany" ensures international awards.

ABUS Level SystemBicycle locks can have very different requirements. The two main aspects are the bike and the location where you want to lock it. But also the weight of the lock plays a role – a lock on the road must not be too heavy, unlike a lock for home. The ABUS Level System is a transparent system that reflects the security level of the lock. The scale – shown as a speedometer – reaches up to level 15 for bicycle locks, making it easier to find the right lock for you and your bike!
