I bought the Neo a few months ago for my daily commute and it’s been stellar. The helmet feels feather‑light but the build quality is rock solid. I bought it to replace my electric commute bike and holy smokes—this thing’s got range and street manners. The NG battery charges full in ~3.5 hrs, and I can cruise for over 70 miles without a sweat. The dash is clear, the LED headlight is bright, and I love the app-based light toggle. It's easy to ride, nimble, and the adjustable modes mean I can still be gentle in eco mode around town. A few tweaks are needed—upgraded pegs and maybe a softer suspension—but it's a stylish, high-powered daily runner.
