Warranty Policy – Inthezone Electric Mobility & Eahora Scooters

Thank you for choosing Inthezone Electric Mobility! We are an authorized retailer of Eahora Scooters, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind. As your direct contact for all warranty-related matters, we’re here to help with any concerns or issues you may encounter.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Eahora electric scooters purchased through Inthezone Electric Mobility are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Covered components include:

  • Motor

  • Controller

  • Frame

  • Display

  • Charger

  • Battery (1-year prorated coverage)

Please note: The battery is covered for one year under a prorated schedule. After 6 months, partial compensation or repair may apply.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., tires, brake pads, lights, etc.)

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or improper maintenance

  • Water damage

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Commercial use or rental use

3. Filing a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your scooter, contact Inthezone Electric Mobility directly. We will handle all warranty claims and coordinate with Eahora on your behalf.

To start a claim:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable

Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days to guide you through the process and provide further instructions.

4. Replacement Parts & Repairs

If a defect is confirmed under warranty:

  • Inthezone Electric Mobility will either ship a replacement part or, when applicable, cover the repair.

  • In some cases, customers may be asked to assist in minor repairs with guidance from our support team.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping defective items back unless otherwise agreed upon. If a replacement is sent, Inthezone Electric Mobility will cover outbound shipping.

Inthezone Electric Mobility reserves the right to determine whether a defect falls under the warranty. This policy is subject to change without notice.
