Warranty Information

All Riding’times electric scooters and e-bikes are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used under normal conditions and properly maintained.

Covered components include the frame, motor, controller, battery (1-year prorated warranty), display, and other essential electrical components.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, water damage, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or repairs using third-party parts. Normal wear and tear items, such as tyres, brake pads, cables, grips, and cosmetic damage, are also excluded.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide a valid order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. In some cases, serial numbers may be required for verification. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

This warranty is designed to ensure peace of mind while riding and reflects Riding Times’ commitment to product quality and customer support.
