You should not be asked to pay import duty to release the parcel.

The 30-second answer

No extra tax or duty after checkout

INTHEZONE uses tax-and-duty-inclusive pricing for every order we accept for delivery to Ireland, the EU, UK and USA. Applicable VAT, sales tax, customs duty and import-clearance charges are handled within your confirmed order price.

Final-price protected

Your checkout total is final

Tax may appear as included in the product price or as a separate line in checkout. Either way, the final total shown before payment is the product-order amount you pay to INTHEZONE.

Import costs are handled for you

When an order crosses a customs border, INTHEZONE and its fulfilment partners arrange the applicable import duty and clearance cost so it is not passed to you at delivery.

No courier collection request

A carrier should not require VAT, sales tax, customs duty or brokerage payment before handing over your order.

Every accepted order is covered

The promise applies once INTHEZONE accepts and confirms an order for a supported delivery address within one of the four covered markets.

Clear wording matters: โ€œtaxes includedโ€ does not mean that tax does not exist. It means the customer does not pay anything extra beyond the confirmed checkout total because INTHEZONE incorporates or settles the applicable tax and duty.

Destination coverage

Select your delivery region

The same core promise applies in all four markets, even though the local tax name and fulfilment route may differ.

Warehouse, customs and delivery

Different routes. The same final-price promise.

Your product may ship from a local warehouse, a regional distribution centre or a cross-border fulfilment partner. The warehouse changes the logisticsโ€”not your tax-and-duty protection.

You choose the product

Model, colour, battery option and stock location determine the most suitable fulfilment route.

Checkout confirms your destination

The delivery address allows INTHEZONE to validate availability and the final order price.

INTHEZONE arranges tax and duty handling

Where import clearance is required, the order is structured so applicable duty and normal clearance costs are handled within the price.

The carrier delivers without collecting tax

You receive the order without an additional VAT, sales-tax, customs-duty or standard brokerage payment.

Local route

Regional warehouse

When stock is already within your market, delivery can move through a domestic or regional route with applicable tax incorporated into the sale.

Cross-border

Duty-paid fulfilment

When stock crosses a customs border, INTHEZONE and its partners arrange the applicable import treatment so you are not billed at delivery.

Customer result

One confirmed total

The route may change behind the scenes, but your final product-order amount remains the total confirmed before payment.

If a courier sends an unexpected tax or duty request: do not pay it immediately. Contact INTHEZONE with the order number and a copy of the request. We will investigate it with the carrier or fulfilment partner and resolve the matter under this final-price promise.

Understanding checkout

One totalโ€”regardless of how tax is displayed

Shopify and payment providers may present tax differently by country. A line can say โ€œincluded,โ€ show a calculated amount, or show zero because the tax is incorporated elsewhere. The decisive figure is the final order total before payment.

Important distinction

Charges that are not taxes or import duties

The final-price promise covers applicable government tax, customs duty and normal import clearance. It does not convert unrelated, optional or customer-caused service charges into tax.

Shown or explained separately

Optional delivery upgrades

Express upgrades, timed delivery or specialist services selected by the customer may cost extra when offered.

Failed-delivery costs

Redelivery, storage or address-correction fees caused by an unavailable recipient or incorrect address are not taxes or duties.

Bank or currency fees

Your card issuer, bank or payment provider may apply its own foreign-exchange or financing charge. INTHEZONE does not control those fees.

Returns and cancellation fees

Any fee arising under the published cancellation or returns policy is separate from tax and import-duty treatment.

Non-standard customer requests

Special routing, remote-location services or custom modifications may require a separately agreed charge before order confirmation.

Unsupported destinations

If checkout cannot accept or INTHEZONE cannot confirm a delivery address, no order is formed and this policy does not promise delivery there.

Nothing hidden: any INTHEZONE shipping or optional service charge is shown or agreed before payment. It is never disguised as a surprise tax or customs invoice after purchase.

Frequently asked questions

Taxes & duties included FAQ

Will I have to pay VAT, sales tax or import duty after ordering?
No. For an order accepted and confirmed for delivery to Ireland, an EU member state, the UK or USA, applicable taxes and import duties are included in the final order total. No further tax or duty payment should be required from you.
Can the courier ask me to pay customs before delivery?
The courier should not collect customs duty, import VAT, sales tax or standard customs-clearance fees for a covered order. If you receive an unexpected request, contact INTHEZONE before paying so we can investigate and resolve it.
Does the promise apply to every product?
It applies to every product order that INTHEZONE accepts and confirms for a supported delivery address within Ireland, the EU, UK or USA. Product and postcode availability can vary, but a confirmed order receives the same tax-and-duty-inclusive protection.
Why might checkout show a tax line?
Checkout presentation varies by country and payment route. Tax can be embedded in the displayed price, listed separately as included, or calculated within the final total. A visible tax line does not mean you will pay it again later.
Is shipping also included?
Taxes and import duties are included. Shipping is a separate commercial charge: it may be free or may be shown at checkout depending on the product and destination. Any shipping amount is displayed before payment and is not a later customs charge.
Does this cover Northern Ireland?
Yes, where INTHEZONE accepts the delivery address. Northern Ireland orders are covered by the same customer-facing promise: the confirmed total includes applicable tax and any required import duty.
Does โ€œUSAโ€ include every address?
The promise applies to U.S. delivery addresses that checkout accepts and INTHEZONE confirms. Product, carrier and remote-area availability can vary, but any accepted order remains tax-and-duty inclusive.
Can I request an invoice?
You can contact INTHEZONE support with your order number to request the available order invoice or payment documentation. The format and tax detail depend on the transaction and destination.
What happens to included tax if I receive a refund?
A refund is processed according to the INTHEZONE returns and cancellation policy. Where a refundable order amount includes tax, that tax forms part of the relevant refundable calculation rather than becoming a separate customer claim.
Is this page tax advice?
No. This is INTHEZONEโ€™s customer pricing and fulfilment policy. It explains what the customer pays, not how an individual or business should account for tax.
