Within 7 days, we will refund or replace items only if we determine that the scooter is faulty due to a material or workmanship defect (from the date of delivery).

After 7 days - within 12 months, if customers have product quality problems, our company will provide free accessories and free maintenance. The customer does not need to bear the return shipping cost, but does need to bear the shipping cost sent to you after the return (the customer will only be charged for shipping at most once). Don't hesitate to contact us for a return shipping address and additional instructions before returning a defective item.

VIPCOO provides 1 1-year warranty from the date you receive the goods. Any free repairs need to be confirmed with the manufacturer through customer service. Please note that the free repair rule does not apply to the motherboard, battery and screen. The cost of returning the item is the customer's expense, and VIPCOO will pay for shipping the repaired item to the customer.
