15-Day Return Policy: You can return an unused, undamaged product within 15 days for a refund.

1-Year Warranty (Original Owner):

  • Covers the bike frame and battery against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery.
  • Automatically registered when the order is placed; applies only to the original purchaser.

Stolen Bikes Not Covered: Theft is excluded from the warranty — use a good lock.

Replacement Procedure:

  • Defective parts will be replaced at no cost (excluding user error).
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase, photos/videos, and must be submitted within one year.
  • Shipping damage claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

Frame Policy:

  • Covered for 1 year (replacement only; labour not included).
  • Excludes corrosion, cosmetic damage, impact, structural modifications, etc.

Battery Policy:

  • 1-year full coverage — free repair or replacement if defective.
  • After year one — prorated credit toward new battery; replacement carries new 1-year warranty.

Parts & Components:

  • Covered only for 6 months (original parts).
  • Excludes wear & tear parts (tyres, brake pads, spokes, etc.), cosmetic damage, misuse, non-authorised accessories, etc.

Labour & Shipping Exclusions:
