• Warranty Summary

• Nanrobot provides a limited warranty for electric scooters against manufacturing defects. The standard warranty starts from the day the customer receives the scooter and applies to the original purchaser.

• To claim warranty support, customers may need to provide clear photos or videos of the issue, along with a brief written explanation. If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, replacement parts may be provided. In some technical cases, Nanrobot may request the scooter to be sent to a repair shop and may provide a shipping label.

• General warranty coverage includes selected parts for different periods depending on the component. Some parts are covered for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, and some also include mileage limits. For models such as the LS7+, D6+, LIGHTNING, and N6, certain frame-related parts may be covered under a lifetime warranty after the normal warranty period, although the customer may need to pay shipping costs.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance, unauthorised modification, non-original parts, accidents, misuse, riding under the influence, natural events, or damage to certain plastic parts.

• Replacement parts are normally provided only once during the warranty period. Warranty support is not provided for disputed orders unless the dispute is cancelled.
