2. What’s Covered:

• Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Faulty electrical components (motor, controller, display, battery) during the valid warranty period.
• Structural issues in the frame (not caused by misuse or accidents).

3. What’s Not Covered:

• Wear and tear items: brake pads, tires, inner tubes, chain, grips, spokes, etc.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, water exposure beyond IP rating, or unauthorized modifications.
• Cosmetic issues (scratches, faded paint, etc.) occurring after delivery.
• Damage due to improper assembly or maintenance not done by a qualified technician.

4. Claim Process:
