Premium Folding Fat-Tyre E-Bike with 90Nm Torque, Full Suspension, 48V 15Ah Samsung Battery & Smart Anti-Theft Technology
Built for riders who want more from a folding electric bike, the Engine 3.0 Pro Boost combines stronger hill response, long-distance capability, full-suspension comfort and connected security in ENGWE's premium fat-tyre platform.
The folding frame makes the bike easier to store or transport, but the Engine 3.0 Pro Boost is still a substantial machine. At approximately 34.7 kg, it is better suited to garages, ground-floor storage, larger car boots and riders who value ride quality more than frequent carrying.
Folding reduces the space the bike occupies. It does not turn a full-suspension, fat-tyre e-bike into a lightweight commuter.
The assistance responds to how much effort you put through the pedals. That means the motor can build support more naturally as you accelerate, climb or ride through changing terrain, rather than simply reacting to pedal movement.
Assistance reacts to rider effort, helping acceleration feel more progressive when moving away from junctions or restarting on an incline.
Increase pressure on the pedals and the system can respond with stronger support, making changing gradients feel more intuitive.
For everyday riding, a torque-sensing system can feel more closely connected to the rider than basic assistance triggered only by pedal rotation.
ENGWE publishes different range figures across its pedal-assist levels, which is more useful than treating one maximum figure as a guaranteed journey distance.
The connected system goes beyond displaying ride data. ENGWE lists app control, GPS, 4G, Bluetooth and anti-theft functionality, bringing another layer of control to everyday ownership.
GPS-linked tracking, motion detection and connected anti-theft functions add useful tools when the bike is away from you.
The 8A charging system is designed to reduce downtime, making regular charging easier to fit around commuting and longer-distance use.
OTA wireless updating allows compatible software features to be updated without treating the bike as a completely static product.
Choose it when you want the storage advantage of a folding frame without giving up full-suspension comfort, fat-tyre stability, stronger hill support and connected ownership features. It makes particular sense for longer rides, rougher commuting routes and riders who want a more substantial bike.
A lighter commuter may suit you better if your routine includes carrying the bike upstairs, frequent train travel, very tight indoor storage or mostly short, smooth city journeys. The Engine 3.0 Pro Boost prioritises capability over minimum weight.
Folding helps with storage and vehicle transport, but at approximately 34.7 kg this is not a lightweight e-bike. Regular stair carrying should be considered before purchase.
ENGWE lists an approximate rider-height range of 165โ190 cm and a maximum load capacity of up to 150 kg. Individual fit still depends on rider proportions, saddle position and intended use.
The Engine 3.0 Pro Boost is designed differently from a lightweight folding commuter. Its larger fat tyres, front and rear suspension and heavier platform are intended to preserve comfort and stability while retaining the ability to fold.
The difference is the complete package: torque-sensing assistance, full suspension, larger load capacity, Samsung battery system, fast charging and connected anti-theft technology. If those features are not important to you, a simpler ENGWE may provide better value.
If your priority is a folding bike that still feels substantial, comfortable and technically advanced, the Engine 3.0 Pro Boost is built around that compromise. If minimum weight matters more, compare the lighter ENGWE options first.
