All Riding’times electric scooters and e-bikes are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. Covered components include the frame, motor, controller, battery (1-year prorated), display, and other essential electrical parts.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, water damage, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or repairs using third-party parts. Normal wear and tear items, such as tyres, brake pads, cables, grips, and cosmetic damage, are also excluded.

To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide a valid order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. In some cases, serial numbers may be required for verification. Shipping damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
