FRAUDULENT ORDER POLICY
Inthezone Electric Mobility is committed to providing reliable and outstanding commerce service and has ZERO TOLERANCE for fraudulent purchases.
If an order is identified as having a high risk of fraud detected, the order will be cancelled. Consequently, the product won't be shipped; the refund will be processed in 48 hours. The Inthezone will notify the customer.
Suppose an order is identified as having a high risk of fraud detected when the purchased product has been shipped and not collected yet by the buyer―the shipping will be intercepted along with the courier company and returned to the warehouse. If the customer believes being genuine and the purchased order is authentic, we recommend contacting their financial institution for further resolution.
- For a High Risk of Fraud approval, we may contact the customer to request personal documents for verification.
